    Freedoms advance in the ENYSSA Manning Cup 4-0

    10/20/15 - Belson Stadium The Freedoms had a relative easy night against the NY Serbia with a comfortable 4-0 win. Loukas Tasigianis opened the scoring with Chris Megaloudis following with two of his own before Stefan Dimitrov's PK goal. The win sets up a match vs East Hampton in the 2nd round of the ENYSSA State Cup.

    NY Pancyprian Freedoms - NY Greek-American: 4-2 (ET)

    10/18/15 - Met Oval In one of the old time best derby, the Pancyprian Freedoms came out on top 4-2 after a hard fought 120' ET match. The game was for the first round of the Open Competition for the USSF Lamar Hunt Cup. The scorers for the Freedoms were, Chris Megaloudis-2, Panagiotis Halkidis and Nikos Katsanos.

    10/25/15 - Belson Stadium On a day where the fans returned to Belson for the anticipated derby of former Freedoms' players Chronis, Onisiforou and Bannister now with Everton FC, the Pancyprians controlled most of the action throughout. A first half tally by Yannick Reyering was more than enough to secure the win. The defense spearheaded the squad to victory with a strong outing restricting the opposition to desperate long shot attempts that were easily controlled by a solid Nicholas Tarkany Jr. under the posts.

    10/31/15 - Belson Stadium In a well played match by both sides the Freedoms with goals in each half by Stelios Andreou on the 22' and Yanneck Reyering in the 80' overcame a strong challenge from a feisty GA to earn the 3 points. With the win the Freedom remain undefeated in all competitions. The win kept the Freedom on top of the CSL 1st Division 5 points ahead of the Bhoys (a game in head).

    11/5/15 - Belson Stadium Overcoming a sluggish start the Freedoms defeated Zum Schneider 2-0 in the first round of the USASA Amateur National Cup. Keith Detelj opened the scoring lobbying the ball off a nice feed from Yanneck Reyering who later in the 2nd half shut down any thoughts of a comeback by the opposition scoring on a header off a dead ball cross from Franki Spanos. Next up is a 2nd round match away vs Port Jefferson FC.

    11/17/15 - Randall's Island #75 On first half goals by Keith Detelj and Chris Megaloudis the Freedoms advance to the 3rd round of the Lamar Hunt qualififiers. Despite the close final score the Greek-Cypriots controlled the majority of play and could of secured the win in the first 20 minutes of play had they not squandered a number of clear scoring chances. The next round will be played on April 2nd, with the opponent and location of match still to be determined.

    11/22/15 - Belson Stadium On an afternoon one-sided match, the Pancyprians claimed their eight League victory in nine matches (0-0 tie vs Lansdownw) to remain on top of the division 2 points clear of second. Reyering (2), Palacio, Megaloudis, Katsanos and Mathioudis were the scorers on the day.

    12/6/15 - East Hampton, NY Second half tallies by Nick Katsanos and Chris Megaloudis assured the Freedoms a spot in the semifinals of the Dr. Manning State Cup competition.

    12/8/15 - Coram, NY In the second game of a three day away tour to LISFL's best squads, the Freedoms defeat a tough Port Jefferson squad 1-0 in the ENYSSA state semifinal leg of the USASA National Amateur Cup. Yannick Reyering's lone goal in the 47th min was enough to secure a spot in the State final versus the Lansdowne Bhoys.

    NY Pancyprian Freedoms - Manhattan Celtic 2-0

    New York 12/13/15 In the last League match before the winter break, the Freedoms defeated the Manhattan Celtic 2-0. On a night when a few of the starters were resting nagging injuries in anticipation of Wednesday's national Cup clash with Lansdowne, their replacements stepped up to a convincing win. The victory assured the Freedoms the winter break will find them undefeated and atop the division. For the record the scorers were Yannick Reyering and Chris Megaloudis.
